- For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Implement and develop the respective business development strategies and programs in order to achieve the performances objectives, according to our global strategic plans and regional strategies defined.
- Continuous market research and competition analysis on the foreseen and planned activities define and replace the strategy according to survey and marketing analysis data.
- Responsible for the CRM implementation in the region
- According to the company strategies developed, lead and implement the respective business development programs in order to achieve the performances targets defined, including the strategy reconstruction of existing product lines, launch plans of new introduced product lines, new emerging market development plans, and localization programs etc.
- Coordinate and implement total solution program and other business cooperative programs with HIM to ensure successful implementation in Siemens Healthcare Sector.
- Ensure the direct connection through regular communication with global strategy department to support and coordinate the regional implementation of global strategic programs.
- Cooperate with related department to implement company management system, like leader, finance etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree, preferred in Medical or natural sciences, at least 5 years adequate job experience and knowledge of sales and competition in the market, medical diagnostic experience is preferred.
- The ability to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- At least min 5 years in marketing, familiar with healthcare industry
- Good planning and organization skills
- Negotiation skills
