职位描述
- For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for Commercial Officer at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Support Business Growth, Cost Control, Commercial Contract Management, Coordinator of Business Partner Process, Opportunity Assessment for new deals, Working Capital monitoring, support commercial manager to achieve the financial targets
Contacts:
- Internal: CFO, PC, BD, sales team and other relevant staff
- External: Distributors and key Accounts etc.
Tasks:
- Sales Commission and Rebate Calculation and Implementation
- Cost Control
- Reimbursement voucher check
- Productivity review
Commercial Contract Management
- Annual contract renewals in conjunction with Sales Directors, special emphasis on product and sales region each distributor can undertake
- New Distributor Contract
- Routine contract modifications=>including interface with Legal and Compliance to make sure clauses are in accordance with company guidelines
- Tracking and filling
Coordinating Instrument Placement Contract
- Ensure SHOT process is followed before preparing any placement contract, process seeding instrument delivery in SAP system
- Ensure that all changes in instrument placement target as notified by Sales/distributors are properly reflected in placement contract subsequent to SHOT approvals
Placement instruments Monitoring
- Act as the interface between Service, Logistic & Finance
- Process seeding transaction in SAP, so that Placement instruments are properly reflected in Finance records
- Exchange and update installation Information of seeding instruments with Finance
so that proper tracking of instruments are possible
- Support Commercial Manager to review contracts related to sales activities so that they are legally in compliance
- Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 3 years working experience in Finance field. A degree in business administration or relevant major.
Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel and CS softwares.
- The ability to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
- Effective literate skills both written and verbal Chinese and English.
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
- Good understanding of sales operation system operated within the company.
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.
Experiences:
- Good experience in sales administrative or financial analysis field.
- Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
- Excellent language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversified international and domestic backgrounds.
- Experience in Big 4 or major in Law are preferred.
