1、女性，20-28岁，身高168cm以上(此为硬性条件，不符合条件者勿投），形象优秀，声音甜美，物业管理相关专业大专以上学历，持有物业上岗证优先考虑；
2、一年以上物业管理客服工作经验，熟悉物业管理法律法规，有物业前期销售配合工作经验或星级酒店前台接待工作经验者者优先考虑；
3、沟通协调能力强，有较强的服务意识，立志于在物业行业工作；
4、要求形象良好，具有亲和力，工作责任心强，有爱心和耐心，电脑操作熟练，有一定的文字功底；
