职位描述
Job Responsibility:
l Within the global procurement network the position supports the VP of China SSC to management the IP processes improvement and to source Materials and services for G&A and ICT spending categories.
l The position will be responsible to structure a process to critically analyze Luxottica China's non-merchandise spending and make sound business decisions with regard to acquiring goods and services in the most effective and efficient manner. In a Global Context it will support the International Procurement Team with Strategic initiatives, by researching opportunities to source non-merchandise goods manufactured in China for Global use.
l Set up and manage the vendor selection/qualification and administration process in accordance with corporate guidelines. Manage the negotiation process and the internal purchasing demand. Prepare RFI/RFP/RFQ
l Liaise with local business units to understand their existing and emerging sourcing requirements and develop solutions for those needs. Maintain good relationship with stakeholders
l Analyze commodity, supplier spending to identify saving opportunities without any compromise of quality and service
l Establish and maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors; monitor contract compliance, quality management and adjust sourcing strategies based on changing business needs for China based suppliers, as well as goods and services for non-merchandise operations in China.

l Technical Skills-Professional knowledge
l Extensive Knowledge and Experience in Sourcing Related Activities within a structured framework, including financial analysis and processes
l Working Knowledge of G&A and ICT purchasing
l Back office knowledge , e.g . the centralization of purchasing orders
l Knowledge of electronic sourcing platforms (Ariba is the current global tool)
l Knowledge of SAP, or similar Business Management SW
l Experience in preparing presenting reports and briefings using most common business apps (.xls, ppt, doc etc)
l Team work
l Process driven and result orientation
Educational Background
l Degree in Engineering or related Technical Field
Language
l Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Overall comments
l The candidate has developed a solid experience (5-7 yrs) in an International environment and has a strong feel for the corporate setting.
l He/she is task oriented and has a strong business sense especially when it comes to implications of quality and timing.
l Personally he/she has the traits of an innovator, has very high ethical standards and is very well organized. He is fluent in English and is available to travel frequently both locally and internationally.
