Key Accountabilities:
1. Capable of generating a Quality Control Plan to confIrm to customer requirements that are order specific
2. Analyze the effectiveness of quality assurance systems in place at suppliers
3. Plan, organize and direct quality assurance audits.
4. Make recommendations to suppliers on changes in production methods, tooling, space allocation, schedules or other factors required to maintain compliance with quality standards.
5. Ensure effective interactions with suppliers and customer to insure consistent quality standards.
6. Recommend the needed equipment necessary to properly measure our parts and when necessary use this equipment.
7. Maintain suppliers’ records and performance according to acceptable Q.C. practices, heat treatment records, Quality issues, etc. to assure compliance to all drawing requirements
8. Maintain Non Conformance Rejection program to assure daily responses to NCR’s, validation of writing NCR’s, and monthly reporting of Quality Program effectiveness

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years proven successful experience in API/foundry/Machining. Experience in pump/valve manufacturing industry is preferred
2. Solid knowledge of ISO9000; Experience ASTM, ASME is a plus.
3. Conducting and improvement in one of the product- casting, forging, the welding parts
4. Ensure effectiveness interactions with suppliers and customers to insure consistent quality standards.
5. Team player with good interpersonal skills and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
6. Able to work under great pressure.
7. Able to travel frequently.
8. Fluent oral English is must. Ability to read and write reports in English.
9. Good commend of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
10. Good team player with strong interaction skills.
11. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

岗位职责：

4. 能够与供因商和客户进行有效沟通，确保符合质量标准；
5. 推荐所需的设备，并在需要使用这种设备时能对我们的零部件进行正确的测量；
6. 根据可接受的质量控制，对供应商的记录和业绩进行维护，及时处理记录、质量问题等，以确保符合所有的图纸要求；
7. 跟踪NCR并及时进行每日NCR汇报，以确保NCR的有效执行和完成每月质量报告

岗位要求：
1. 在API/铸造/机械加工行业5年以上的工作经验，泵/阀门行业优先考虑；
2. 熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系，具有ASTM经验，，ASME尤佳；
3. 能对诸如铸件、锻件、焊接件等至少一类产品做相关指导和改进
4. 确保供应商和客户一致的质量标准，并进行有效联系，
5. 具有良好的人际沟通技巧，无论在口头和书面方面都能进行有效沟通，
6. 能够承受巨大的压力，
7. 口语流利，能够阅读和书写英文报告，
8. 良好的计算机操作技能（Excel和Word等），
9. 良好的互动能力，良好的团队合作精神，
10. 能够经常出差
11. 机械专业本科以上学历
