岗位要求：

-拥有大学本科及以上学历（财经类）

-从事会计工作满一年

-有使用财务软件的经验

-英语读说写熟练，拥有大学六级英语证书的尤佳

岗位概述：

-现金管理及核算，确保公司的现金安全

-材料发票核算，确保公司应付账款的正确性

主要职责：

-根据相关现金管理条例管理库存现金，着重于现金的使用状况，每日根据现金的收付情况做现金日记账

-核查确保采购订单、收货单以及财务发票三单的品名、数量、金额完全一致；在SAP系统中将审核后的发票记账

-每月在结账后10日内准备好材料付款申请单

-每月在结账后7日内统计30天和60天的应付货款金额，提交给上级经理作为资金预测的参考数据

-应付账款核算，及时清帐；回复供应商的对账函，根据需要回复供应商日常其他的咨询

-主动与主要供应商联系，了解其供货及资金动态；作好新增供应商与老供应商的比较、分析工作。

-完成暂估存货的核对及清帐工作，保证暂估账款的准确性
