职位描述
工作描述及主要职责：
- 制定产品的年度/季度行动计划;执行品牌的广告推广计划.
- 管理品牌的形象,规划制作面向消费者和渠道的促销制品, 培训教材.
- 策划及管理消费者及OTC门店通路相关活动
- 善于与广告公司,媒体合作, 管理广告,调研,促销等相关经费, 掌控预算.
- 定期分析销售表现, 善于与销售队伍沟通市场计划, 达成营销目标.
任职条件：
- 教育程度：学历及专业
- 大学或以上教育程度, 广告,市场营销, MBA 专业优先考虑。
- 工作技能：
- 至少2年以上市场行销或相关经验; 有医药和快销品营销经验的优先考虑。
- 知识/技能( 包括计算机、外语等)
- 优秀的电脑文书处理能力
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist franchise manager to execute quarterly and yearly brand action plan
- Develop & manage brand identity, manage brand advertising and promotion activities; develop promotion materials & training materials
- Develop market research to understand consumer insight, work with agency to develop brand campaigns.
- Be responsible on advertising and promotion budget control
- Communicate with sales team, make sure sale team can understand & execute well point- of -purchase activities.
Qualification requirement:
- Education:
University degree, major in advertising/ marketing or MBA would be a plus.
- Working experience:
At lease two years marketing or brand building working experience, with pharmaceutical or FMCG would be plus.
- Professional knowledge/ Skills
Computer skill excellence in Word/Power Point/Excel/Outlook
