职位描述:
1、负责公司产品在天猫商城的营运和销售；
2、负责公司淘宝商城的营运分析，制定促销策略，分析商城数据；
3、负责品牌淘宝商城旗舰店完成销售额；
4、通过收集整理运营数据，评估效果并不断提高；
5、与各部门配合解决店铺销售过程中遇到的各类问题；
6、负责网站的整体运营，确保网站的顺利开展；
7、能够带领团队配合其他部门搞好网站、网店的运营、运行和维护。

任职要求：
1、热爱电子商务
2、有丰富的淘宝操作经验，在淘宝开过店，喜欢淘宝这种经营方式；
3、熟练掌握淘宝建店、管理、推广的技能和经验；
4、具有较强的沟通能力和商品活动策划能力；
5、能够迅速对新的服务项目提供营销方案及整体策划，提升品牌销量，熟悉各渠道(淘宝社区、帮派、博客、论坛等)工作，懂得针对不同的推广渠道，开展营销活动，协调各方面资源配合执行，为店铺引入有价值的PV;对推广商品具备有效的判断，及时跟进推广效果，根据推广效果提出调整建议；对数据敏感，心理承受能力强，善于交流；
6、思维清晰、反映敏捷，具有创新精神、良好的职业操守，优秀的职业经历。
7. 良好的英语沟通能力。

该职位将向公司外籍主管汇报，应聘者需提供中英文简历各一份。
