Responsibility:

1. Responsible for database maintenance including customer, sales, region linkage, including new customer adding, new comers
2. Responsible for target deployment per managers' share information
3. Produces reports using IT system and analyzes data. Conducts quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to contribute to large projects
4. Check spiff performance data per spiff program
5. Gather customer adjustment applications from sales and managers

Qualifications:
* Education and Experience Required:
University degree or equivalent experience;
Typically 2-4 years of experience is advanced while an excellent fresh graduate is also acceptable.

* Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong analytical and data modeling skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
