MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Lead in development sales plan, strategy in city
l Lead sales team in city to hit annual sales target
l Develop new distribution network that covers the major industrial and automotive markets for tools
l Managing and visiting distributors on a regular basis for commercial negotiation
l Build a sales team can achieve sustainable sales grow and development
l Provide sales training to sales persons and channel sales persons.
l Lead sales team to develop key projects in the city.
l Other tasks assigned by leader
QUALIFICATIONS:
l Bachelor's degree, major in engineering, marketing or business administration
l At least 5 years working experience of sales in hand tools aftermarket.
l proficient in ms office and English
l good communication skill in writing and verbally
l Self-motivation and disciplined
l Willing to travel and work under pressure.
