Job Description:
1. Run the billing status and follow up with operations to close billing;
2. Run 06 report and follow up with operations to close jobs;
3. Be the bridge between the Operation and Finance;
4. Ensure the job costing properly booked by operation and flow into accounting book correctly.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, CET-6 preferred;
2. 3+ years working experience in MNC, freight forwarding;
3. Solid background of finance/accounting, be skillful of reporting & presentation with MS office, Especially the excel& access,
4. Effective oral & written communication skills in English;
5. Self motivated, Strong logical, be sensitive to monitor the business;
6. Good communication skill to deal with different parties; Interpersonal skill and coordination to manage sites and other team members;
7. Be straight to follow & utilize the SOP/law;
