1. 负责办公室夜间安全工作、夜间设备运行管理与督导。

2. 夜间监督巡检，熟知各类操作程序和应急预案，合理安排各岗位人员工作。

3. 夜间检查保安人员工作状态、职场内安全设施运行情况等，检查结果于次日进行反馈。

4. 值班期间的防火、防盗安全工作，对突发性事件进行处理，组织现场人员及时处理解决问题，遇有重大事件，及时向项目经理汇报。

5. 落实夜间节能管控，关闭无人区域照明、用电设施，跟进加班员工情况。

6. 负责跟进夜间施工及相关供应商入场工作事宜。

7. 按照要求落实易拉宝、海报等宣传品更换。

岗位要求：

1. 熟悉物业管理相关知识，了解夜值相关的工作内容，熟悉相应的法律法规。

2. 3年以上物业专业工作经验或 1 年以上夜值管理经验。

3. 具有较强的操作能力和应急处理能力，有较好的语言和文字表达能力。
