职位描述
? Drive sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
? Drive sales team to conduct effective sales actions to make sure to meet criteria of individual sales productivities.
? Drive sales team to conduct compliant sales behaviors by delivering professional, appropriate sales script for selling effective service package combining with annual service and value-added services.
? Monitor healthy and efficient sales funnel and make well-organized selling process by each sales leads (new prospects or existing up for renewal).
? Make accuracy of weekly (bi-weekly) sales forecast quoted comparing with actual result of monthly sales performance achieved.
? Develop sales colleagues by identifying high potential colleagues, coaching low performer, assuring healthy team structure, effective and stable sales output in the team.
? Take full responsible to stability of team via decreasing turnover rate, optimize team structure.
? Identify and cultivate sales supervisor, top sales and key talents in the team.

Qualification：
? Minimum 5 year working experience in Field Sales, Telesales; 2 year team leader experience.
? Persuasive and creative. Determined and strong in execution.
? Self-motivated, Result-oriented, willing to work under pressure
? Efficient in Written English and speak some English.
? Proficient in PC utilization
