职位描述
1. Customer Complaint resolution:
- Immediately work with CS/OPS to deliver root cause and corrective action plan in email in the same working day of receiving complaint, or latest the next working day
2. SOP Execution / Compliance / Maintenance
- Update SOP within the next working day after receiving and updates from customer or KAM
- Distribute SOP to all stakeholders within the same working day of SOP update
- Follow up email and call to make sure receiving and understanding of the SOP
- Proactively identify new CS and deliver SOP training to them accordingly
- Monthly SOP understanding/compliance audit to stations, and record in the format of meeting minutes
3. Tactical day-to-day op’s and customer communication – issue analysis /root cause /resolution
4. Ad hoc projects / support spot buy quotation with KAM (through pricing desk)
- Lead, or co-ordinate (see complexity of the project) the ad hoc project from customer; deliver results or accomplish tasks assigned before deadline given
5. Performance reporting& KPI
- Follow up 100% of the KPI failures with CS/OPS, and record the root cause and action plan on "service issue log" (remarked with "KPI failure")
- Required reports (both internal and external) to be accomplished and distributed before deadline given; external customer report should have 98% report timeliness and accuracy; internal report 95%
6. Support AR improvements
- AR performance under target set by finance
7. Growth of account through defined target
- Identify new opportunity within account / work with GKAM or RKAM or CKAM
- Support and build customer relationship
8. Any other duties are assigned by next level.
