Position Summary:
To increase Allergy diagnostic awareness and TMO sales through professional education and co-promotion with distributors
与经销商紧密合作，通过客户教育和促销，提高TMO过敏原检测产品的认知度和销售量

Key Responsibilities:
 
？    Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion  to reach sales target   积极与经销商配合并协同工作，通过为客户提供教育和学术推广达成销售指标
？    Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution  根据全国的市场策略，制定区域内的销售策略并执行
？    Hire/manage/evaluate ID distributors in territory 招募/管理/评估所辖区域的免疫诊断经销商
？    Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers. 和重点客户建立并保持沟通，以充分了解市场并对客户的问题提供及时反馈和解决
？    Organize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory 区域内用户的产品和临床应用培训





职位要求：
Requirements/Qualifications:
?    Bachelor degree or above in medicine, clinical laboratory, or relevant majors 医学或检验相关专业大学本科以上学历；
?    3+ years’ experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record  有外企医疗行业3年以上的销售和经销商管理工作经验； 
?    Good communication skill, High team spirit良好的客户沟通技巧，高度的团队协作精神；
?    Willing to travel frequently适应经常出差；
?    Work hard, and willing to face challenge 乐于接受挑战；
