Job Description

1.Participant in customer projects from design to production stages; Converting customer requirements to design
solutions/concept;
2.Responsible for product design by using a 3D design software (CATIA, UG). Perform tolerance stack up
calculations.
3.Preparation of technical drawings, bills of materials (BoM), TKU and additional documents for product release.
4.Interact discussion with suppliers for technical information, material, key dimensions and tolerances.
5.Provide technical certification and support for customer (specific design, technique feasibility, problem solving,
etc.). Work as communication between ENG and local customer.
6.Interact directly contact with the Bosch Lead plants in Europe.
7.Provide technical support / assist to the manufacture department and quality assurance departments.

Qualifications

1. Strong English skill both in written and oral mandatory
2. Use CATIA or UG for 3D / 2D/ Kinematics analysis
3. Familiar with metal and plastic material .
4. Familiar with knowledge of GD&T
5. 3 years or above mechanical design experience
6. Good communication and coordination skill
7. Good cooperation attitude.
