Position: Recruitment Analyst
Location: Shanghai
In this role, you have the opportunity to
As a Recruitment Analyst you will be expected to track, analyze, and report performance trends for both individuals and the team as a whole, and use this data to predict and forecast future performance. Using external benchmarks, you will compare performance against top performers, and make recommendations to management regarding ways to improve current performance. This requires careful observation, objective assessment, logical inquiry and most importantly the persistence to move iteratively towards the solution.
You are responsible for
? Track, analyze, and report performance trends for both individuals and the teams, and use this data to predict and forecast future performance and business needs inclusive of monthly/regular analysis of aging requisitions, deep dives into business segments, escalation analysis.
? Provide statistical and analytical reporting support to recruiters, recruitment management, and to internal Philips customers. You will create, modify, and execute both ad hoc and complex reports capturing all aspects of recruiting data to track overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Use historical data to create trending reports and use statistical tools to predict issues and prevent escalations. Understand and use all types of analytics: Descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics
? Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
? Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.
? Prepare quality reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
? Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization of data.
? Train end users on new reports and dashboards to allow for self-management of ad-hoc reports.
? Responsible for the documentation and support of global process mapping initiatives that impact TA as well as HR quality initiatives impacting TA, maintain PEPF documents. Responsible for understanding end-to-end processes as well as developing and documenting activities through implementation.
? Serves as project lead and provide project management oversight for new TA Operations projects. These projects include upgrades to the applicant tracking system and reporting, and implementation of other vendor-supporting activities that may include pre-employment background investigations, and integrations of acquired companies, etc. Track progress made on key recruiting objectives and initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education background;
? In-depth understanding on end-to-end recruitment process, and with hands-on recruitment experiences is preferred
? Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to: Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Power BI , etc. Skills on analytical tools like R, SPSS, or Python would be a big plus.
? Proficient in English writing, speaking and presenting
