Job Purpose
Provide sales administrative support for Branch Manager and Branch sales team.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Percentage accuracy of POS customer database
Key Responsibilities
DO
Provide sales administrative support to Branch.
Collect and consolidate 3-month rolling order and shipment forecast as well as branch office report regularly.
Adhere to accurate order entry procedures.
Provide assistant in the development of sales contract
Maintain and own and accurate customer POS ( Point of Sales ) Database
Organize and provide logistic support for sales meetings or meetings with customers.
Custodian for Sales demo equipment in the Branch office.

w Basic level of expertise in Sales Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering, Closing), Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Communication Skills (Marketing survey, Events, Promotion), Marketing Fundamentals (Price, Product, Place, Promotion).

w Bachelors Degree in Engineering
w Minimum 3 years sales administration experience, preferred automation industry of Multinational Company.
CET6(Toeic 400 plus)is preferred.
