职位描述
工作职责：
1. 与课程顾问配合，完成课程顾问签单之后的所有客户排课等服务工作；
2. 负责所有客户合同的整理与存档，及时跟进会员上课情况与课程效果沟通反馈；
3. 负责根据整体会员的年龄段与出勤情况，及时进行适当的新班开设或现有班级取消等课程调整安排；
4. 负责沟通与安排客户课程，包括课程排位、调课、升班、请假沟通、停课复课延期、有效期提醒等；
5. 负责执行会员排课服务流程，及时进行会员活动通知与提醒等各项会员关系维护工作；
6. 及时处理客户投诉，积极沟通解决问题，提高客户满意度。
任职要求：
1. 专科及以上学历；
2. 有良好的服务意识，有早教行业、服务行业相关工作经验者优先；
3. 爱孩子，热爱教育事业，有亲和力、有责任心、耐心、细心、有热情；
4. 良好的计算机操作能力，沟通清晰、普通话流利；
5. 工作主动，有良好的服务意识，善于团队配合与协调；
6. 成熟稳重，思维敏捷，有一定的应变能力，具备独立处理解决问题的能力。
Responsibilities：
1. Cooperate with the sales team to keep the course schedule service for the members;
2. Responsible for the members contract file and keep following with the members classes;
3. Based on the whole members to arrange the classes opening and canceling adjustment;
4. Responsible for the members course scheduled service in overall situations;
5. Follow the service standard process to maintain the relationships with members;
6. Responsible for the complain solving and enhance the customer satisfaction.
Requirement：
1. College degree or above;
2. Good service sense, experience in early education or related service job is preferred;
3. Love children, love education enterprise, kind, responsible, patient, careful, warm-hearted;
4. Good at computer, and communicate clearly with fluent Mandarin;
5. Work actively, strong sense of service and team cooperation;
6. Ability of strain capacity, problem solving skills, familiar with the service job.
