职位描述
1、负责新云各系统设备日常运行参数、运行方式的监控；
2、负责新云各系统设备的完好性，通过系统自动生成运行数据报表，检查报表形成情况，并对变配电、暖通空调、给排水、公共照明等系统的运行数据检查，发现问题及时通知前往查看，并跟踪查看结果；
3、对运行数据行仔细检查、分析，如发现设备运行故障、运行数据偏离设定值较大等情况时，及时通知维保组及上报值班工程师；
4、对运行数据进行审核，对于存在的问题进行分析，形成分析报告；
5、按照要求对设备运行数据进行存档；
6、负责新云有关设备问题的处理；
7、完成领导交待的其他督办任务。
任职资格:
1、电气自动化等相关专业
2、建筑、消防、电气自动化等
3、4年及以上工程管理经验，其中2年以上大型商场弱电、工程管理经验。
4、持有建构物消防员证书优先；熟练操作计算机，熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、CAD等各种办公软件。
