工作职责：
1.负责新供应商的开发，审核，价格谈判，合同签订及管理；
2.供应商质量监控及管理；
3.采购价格控制及管理，达到公司所设定的年度采购成本指标；
4.供应商关系维护；
5.有效实施公司制定的供应商管理政策及目标
6.协调buyer之外发工作，确保外发项目顺利有效进行。


工作要求：
1.本科以上学历，管理类相关专业；
2.两年以上采购相关工作经验（仅限Sourcing）;
3.优秀的资源开发能力及谈判沟通能力；
4.英文良好，专业四级或非英语专业六级以上；
5.较强的抗压能力，廉洁自律；
6.熟悉本地化行业者优先考虑
