Role & Responsibility

Support marketing activities for bar activations

• Focusing on Shanghai in the first year, track and monitor activations on bars and HORECA.
• Accountable for monitoring the distribution situation and serving ritual that the brand designed.
• Constantly are aware of top trends or industry news within the bar/Horeca industries.
• Leverage network in bars, exhibitions, HORECA to expand reach of the brand activities in terms of brand image and promotional activities.

                            

Tracking of 365 essentials and activations

• Track and report visibility, menu share, POS presence, creation of bespoke menu / cocktail lists. Ensuring that Tanqueray is served at desired standard.
• In conjunction with the brand manager, identify potential channel opportunities, track 365 essentials and activities into at least 30 Shanghai outlets.

                

    

    

White spirits Training

• Train external stakeholders like bar owners and bartenders with Diageo White spirits training
• keep track of number trained, number, with ambition in building advocacy for Diageo brands in outlets.

Qualifications

• Excellent speaking skills, strong communication skills
• Strong execution ability, quick learning ability and adaptability
• Already existing network with local Shanghai bars are preferred
• Have experience in mixology, bar management is most preferred
• Accept and adapt to working late with flexible schedule for frequent trade visits
• Possess teamwork spirit, organization and coordination ability, and independent thinking ability
• Have basic office software skills
• Professional positive personal image, on behalf of the company to actively spread the positive image of the brand
• Good professional habits, a high degree of professionalism and work responsibility, and self-management awareness
• Have strong passion for mixology, spirits and bar industry.
