You will:
1. Work with a talented international team of recruiters, focused on hiring specialized technical expert, sales and operations domestically and internationally
2. Own the full recruiting cycle for senior roles
3. Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline for qualified technical and sales candidates
4. Measure progress with regular metrics, and iterate on your processes if you fail to meet them
5. Establish pipeline filtering systems, including efficient resume screening, high-quality job postings, and recruit
6. Database management
7. Improve interview workflows to maximize the quality of recruits and the value of each interview
8. Talk confidently with senior candidates, in a way that wins respect and builds enthusiasm for the roles
9. Improve recruitment pipeline and candidate filtering tools to staff rapidly scaling organizations

Requirements:
1. Must be fluent in written and spoken English
2. Min 5 years’ experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
3. Able to read people correctly
4. Able to do robust interviews
5. Able to evaluate hard&soft skills
6. Experience working at an early-stage startup or an engineer-first company
7. Experience hiring international employees
8. Experience working remotely
9. Experience using CMS to post job ads
10.Analytical, data-driven work style
11.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
