Consultant (Headhunt Project Leader)

The successful candidate will lead researchers to ensure delivery in an appropriate and timely manner to the clients recruitment requirements. The role will involve the day to day management of recruitment and also retaining a degree of operational recruitment responsibilities. The role will also be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient recruitment service together with a cost-effective operation.

There will be substantial liaison with Staffing Customer Service Manager where applicable to ensure excellence in service delivery if both involved in the same client account. It requires business team leader proactively aligns our service delivery strategy with client objectives and future business plan.

Skills & Experience Required

- Bachelor degree, above 27 years old
- Experience of headhunt project is essential, had considerable client contact, 5+ years
- Experience of advising on recruitment and selection strategies, 2+ years
- Direction of onsite service
- In depth headhunt resources and experience in at least 3 fields
e.g. FMCG, Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Global Markets
