Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the execution of the construction fit-out work of C&A fashion chain stores in China within budget and schedule , either new shops or existing shops' renovation, in terms of technical, cost, quality and time length supervision;
- To take part in and coordinate with Expansion to negotiate and confirm scope of construction work responsibility and C&A technical hand over condition;
- Coordinate with relevant issues with Government department, landlord, main contractor, supervision, LDI and CM Co.
- Make construction schedule, find out Procurement condition and inform schedule requirement;
- To supervise and control the store construction work to be completed with good quality
- To make sure and control the construction site to comply with government's safety and health regulations;
- To be familiar with and understand C&A store Layout & design standard;
- Optimize and keep looking for solution to reduce the store construction investment;
- Suggest, Control and reduce the operational costs, in terms of energy, maintenance, etc.
- Update and improve C&A store construction white book.

Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Architectural /Mechanical &Electrical Engineering;
- Related professional certificates;
- At least 10 years working related experience and 3 years as project team leader;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Good computer skills (MS Office tools, including MS Project);
- Willing to travel frequently & work under pressure.
