Job Purpose and Scope:

    

The warehouse Manager is responsible for the management of warehousing, consolidation and transportation. This includes initiating improvements in logistics operation, and facilitating a strategic outlook that will better serve all stakeholders. The role leads and implements key projects that improve tools, process, productivity, and compliance

    

    

Key Responsibilities:

    

1.     Drive warehousing optimization/Lean projects.

    

2.     Developing, measuring and reporting process and performance metrics to drive improvements.

    

3.     Drive standardization of transportation processes.

    

4.     Overcome road blocks to ensure delivery is made in line with internal and external customers’ requirements.

    

5.     Drive data analysis and business case development for key projects.

    

6.     Supporting Variable Cost Productivity initiatives.

    

7.     Developing safety and security policies & procedure for operation and ensure compliance.

    

8.     Maintaining and developing relationships with current, new and potential service providers.

    

9.     Leading change initiatives that will enable logistics to reach a world-class level of operations.

    

    

Work Experience Requirements:

    

1.     Minimum 5 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
With PC hand-on workshop knowledge & experience,

    

2.     Good command of both written & spoken English.

    

3.     Solid leadership, communication, analytical and organizing skills.

    

4.     Proven ability to meet deadline in a fast paces changing environment.

    

    

Education Requirements:

    

Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering related
