> Job Description

- Daily invoice based on the information of delivery note from Controlling;

- Print VAT fapiao for domestic transaction according to customer’s request;

- Upload invoice in group system and customer’s system;

- Check daily payment receipt from customer and register in OPOS report;

- Daily bookkeeping in AR function in Yonyou U8 system;

- Apply for VAT fapiao and be in charge of daily management

- Output VAT calculation and notes receivable management;

- Work closely with AR credit officer to collect accounts receivable;

- Payment collection and review;

- Advance payment and cash management

- Other duties as assigned

> Your profile

- College degree in accounting/ finance/ business administration;

- One years of related AR experience would be preferred;

- Can work under pressure and meet deadline;

- Familiar with Yongyou U8 system will be a plus;

- Well organized and structured work approach;

- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
