The Sales/Service Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling all Martin products, services and systems, to assure maximum market penetration in the assigned territory. He will work directly with end-users or utilize the appropriate Sales Channels to profitably drive sales and increase market share. This position will ensure total territory coverage and meet or exceed the needs of our customers through proper application of products, services. The Sales Engineer will also have partly service engineer responsibility to ensure that he can also fulfill service request in this territory.

工作职责：

1. Achieve yearly sales goal：

• Travel and develop a customer base for Martin systems and services around Hunan and Jiangxi area. Maintain the customer base.
• Follow up on project sales leads as required.
• Monitor market and industry trends as relates to capital spending continually.
• Attend sales meetings, technical seminars and market related trade show.
• Provide input for developing annual sales goal and expense budget.
• Assist the department in the accomplishment of the team’s goals.

2. Fulfill service reques:

• Learning Martin products service content, including collecting site data, install belt cleaners, impact cradle, tracker and skirt boards, etc.
• Fulfill customer service request when needed

3. Other appointed jobs: Sales/Service related internal and external jobs

2. Engineering major preferred

3. The candidate needs to undertake hard work like long-time travel and heavy load labor work.

4. home office, in Hunan or Jiangxi province
