职位描述
This position is based in Changsha, reports to Area Manager.
Qualification 任职资格:
· Minimum five years sales work experience (preferred in the construction / building material industry)
· 至少五年以上销售工作经验(建筑/建材行业***)
· Professional business English skills in reading, writing, listening.
· 具备专业的商务英语听、说、读、写交流能力;
· High sense of urgency, high degree of accountability

Purpose of function 职能:
Sell our nora flooring in order to reach the sales targets and create therefore a task list according to corporate strategy and company policy. Practice good time management, act in a professional manner and maintain a professional, business-like appearance.
根据公司策略及原则制定任务书,并完成销售nora地板产品的销售指标。执行良好的时间管理,言行体现专业化,并保持职业化和专业的形象。
Main responsibilities 主要职责:
· Responsible for the sales business
· 负责诺拉的区域销售
· Set sales targets, create a task list and execute into practice
· 制定销售目标和任务书,并付诸现实
· Enhance and expand company and products image and influence the market as well
· 提升及扩大公司和产品在市场上的形象及影响力
· Visit customer in person or with sales partner together, give their sales staff valuable advice and guidance
· 亲自或与经销商一起拜访客户,并对其销售人员给出有价值的意见和指导
· Establish and maintain good relationship with architect and designer institute, owner, end user, main contractor, decoration company, supervisory company. Depending on your own professional knowledge and technology know-how, combining with the service provided by technical engineers, and taking advantage of the good social relationship from sales partners, then get the best chance to convince the appointed people to choose nora
· 建立和保持与设计院、甲方、最终用户、主承包商、装潢公司、监理公司的良好关系。依靠自己具备的专业知识和技术、配合技术人员提供的服务,并利用合作伙伴良好的社会关系来获得***机会说服目标客户选择nora产品。
· Handling daily problems about sales activities and internal processing
· 处理日常销售工作及内部工作
· Deal with the complaints regarding products and customer services
· 处理有关于产品问题以及客户服务的投诉
· Take care about monthly expense cost, control the traveling budget
· 检查每月费用成本,控制差旅预算
· Fulfill the reporting requirements of the headquarter (weekly plan and report, monthly report, project record form)
· 按照上海代表处的要求提交报告(周报告、月报告、项目报备表等)
· Fulfill the requirements of a structured project work: project management and activity report
· 按要求完成项目工作:项目管理和活动报告
· Communication with the market segment managers about market requirements regarding new products and new trends
· 针对新产品和新趋势的市场需求情况,与市场细分经理进行沟通
· Coordinate with other sales engineers for the over-districts projects, pay attention to transmit information in time and follow-up (the over-district information must be reported within 7 days)
· 与其他销售工程师协调,做好跨地区项目,注意及时传递信息与跟踪(跨地区信息上报时间不得超过7天)。
· Organize, monitor and visit your projects regularly at least once respectively before installation, during installation and after installation
· 组织、监督、定期回访所负责的工程项目,在铺设前、铺设中和铺设后至少各去一次。
· Get to know the business status of sales partners, fulfill the Potential Customer Registration Form and evaluate the prospects of future cooperation
· 深入了解区域内各经销商的经营状况,完成经销商登记表格中要求的内容。对各经销商今后与我们的合作前景作出评估。
· Establish the relationship and keep close cooperation with sales team of sales partner. Sales meeting with local sales team of sales partner every week regarding sales target achievement. Make phone call with all sales partners in your area, classify the responsibility and share the project information
· 与经销商的销售团队建立联络关系并与之密切合作。针对销售目标的完成情况,每周与所在地的经销商的销售团队召开销售会议,与所辖范围内的所有经销商进行电话联系,确认责任,分享工程信息。
