Job Mission:
工作职责
- Responsible for each project questionnaires quality
- 负责项目每份问卷填写内容的监控
- Supervising mystery shopper's certification, survey MP3 record and research
- 负责对每个项目隐名顾客的认证，录音和调查的监督
- Responsible for mystery shoppers survey MP3 record quality feedback to relevant department
- 负责反馈隐名顾客MP3录音质量给相关部门
- Coordinating with who in charge of project report and revise the questionnaires
- 与负责项目报告的部门进行协调并修改问卷
- Keeping in touch with Operation Department
- 与营运部门保持及时联系

- Excellent organized
- 出色的组织能力
- Good analysis capacity
- 良好的分析能力
- Good English level preferable
- 良好英语能力优先

- Cantonese is must

- 粤语必须
