In this position you report to our Chief Financial Officer and your key responsibilities are to:

· Provide support and guidance to our 14 Business units worldwide in managing their financial resources and transactions in accordance with company policies, regulations and practices; liaise timely and effectively with the CFO and the Executive Directors to prevent accounting related issues from getting out of hand.

· Control and support the Business Units in the management and reporting of their financial resources and transactions.

· Supervise and control the full set of accounting functions.

· Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial closing and reporting, with highlights of any potential exposures of a financial or regulatory nature.

· Maintain the integrity of financial database and reporting accuracy.

You bring to this key senior position in our organization:

· Strong leadership, managerial, analytical, communication and presentation skills;

· Proven capability in accounting procedures, processes and systems, in multi-location and multi-country environments;

· Accountancy Degree from a reputable university.

· Over 5 years working experience, including at least 3 years leading the accounting function in a corporate capacity and ideally in a commercial and international setting. Accounting experience in Business Outsourcing a definite plus.

· Proficiency in spoken and written English.

· Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and execute tasks with short lead times.

· A true team player, able to cooperate with others management functions and the operations to reach our business objectives and mitigate issues preventing us to achieve our service deliverables for our customers worldwide.
