Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
1.Member of Pipeline Delivery IT of R&D IT and align to RDC business
2.Contribute for the development and implementation of the IT strategy/objectives for RDC , deliver IT consultancy & analysis for RDC business
3.Integrate RDC business needs and global IT strategies & standard, work with central R&D IT, EIS and AS to provide appropriate IT solutions and support for RDC users
4.Alignment with global R&D IT Pipeline Delivery team and Influence broader global strategies to consider China requirements

Complexity:
1.Balancing fast-paced, dynamic requirements in China with more established global IT processes and standards.
2.Identifying appropriate IT solutions and support models, considering time zone and latency challenges of global working.
3.Co-ordination with central and regional IT support & service delivery matrix
4.Cultural and time zone differences between China staff and rest of IT and R&D staff in US/UK.

Specialized Knowledge:
Basic Requirements:
? Experience in collecting, defining, and documenting business requirements for complex IT projects
? Experience in identifying and documenting business process changes
? Experience in building business cases and managing business benefits for small/medium projects

? Proven client relationship / management experience.
? Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently
? Good Spoken and written English
? BA/BS in science, computer science or electronic engineering
? At least 8 years working experience in the relevant field is required

Preferred Requirements:
? Experience in process improvement analysis and methodologies, preferably Lean Sigma or Six Sigma
? Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
? Knowledge of IT processes
? Experience in pharma R&D Systems
? Experience implementing complex IT solutions
? Experience in testing and validation of large systems, including traceability of requirements thru the testing phase
? Experience in facilitating workshops
? Experience working in an international team

? Good knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure solutions and support
