Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with auditor for audit scheduling and planning for specific products
2. Liaison with customers for audit scheduling
3. Liaison with the department oversea office for audit supporting coordination.
4. Team allocation for audits
5. Maintenance of the department system
6. Coordinate with holding and lead administrator team to maintain the department system.
7. Cooperate with the scheduler in other district to optimize the manpower utilization and meet customer expectation;
8. Perform any other job-related assignments as required.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 2 years working experience on similar position, from the similar industry or familiar with product is preferred.
3. Good command of English both in oral and written.
4. Familiar with MS Office operation.
5. Capability of sustained independent work and a high sense of responsibility, good team work player.
6. Good overall consideration and arrangement skill.
