RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing HugoBoss China logistics distributions,encompassing distribution center processes, outbound delivery to stores and reverse logistics from store to distribution center, as operated by 3PLs.

Partner with 3PL on design of their operation to ensure on-time-in-full performance & stock accuracy KPIs are met, business growth is supported, the operation is cost effective ;

Collaborates closely with store operation, merchandising and other departments to understand the business demands on logistics, and to ensure the process and service level alignment; Must also bring these demands into 3pl processes and service level improvement.

The details are, but not limited, as bellows:

1.Delivery schedule management
2.Delivery tracking, notification, emergent case and complaint handling
3.Return management, including tracking, notification, emergent case and complaint handling
4.Inventory management and warehouse stock take, warehouse stock/delivery/return shortage, damage, surplus record, check and clean.
5.Operation capacity management
6.3PL performance and KPI management
7.Outbound cost management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1.University graduate with at least 3 years'experience in logistics. Working experience in multi-national company,retail or apparel products distribution is preferred

2.China retail logistics operation knowledge (from inbound to DC up to store), experience in managing 3PL and 3rd party, warehousing & distribution in China is a must.

3.SAP ERP system experience preferred

4.Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, Strong Integrity, team work, self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure in multi-cultural environment, strong problem solving skill and result oriented.

5.Strong written and spoken communications skills, fluent in written English and Chinese.
