职位描述
岗位职责:
1、建立健全所辖区域的业务管理制度,督导企业业务政策的落实、各项制度的贯彻执行,对所辖区域各项政策落实情况、制度执行情况负责。

2、拟订所辖区域的业务目标并分解至各岗位,监督业务目标的落实与推进。

3、拟订年度、季度、月度营销计划及各项费用预算,审批下属经理的年度、季度、月度工作计划及预算,并检查、督促、修正、考核计划及费用情况,降低区域内业务经营成本。

4、全面指导所辖大区日常工作,负责区域内的市场开拓,客户管理及市场推广,运营、以及商业合作机会的洽谈、跟踪及汇报。

5、当地市场开拓,从公交、出租、物流、租赁、地产、旅游等公司、主机厂、政府、4S店寻找客户,销售充电桩和监控平台。
Local market development, from public transport, rental, logistics, lease, real estate, tourism and other companies, main machine factories, government, 4S stores look for customers, sell charging piles and monitoring platform.
6、寻找已有和将有新能源汽车单位,为其配建充电桩,评估、勘察、施工(寻找施工商)和桩群运维,收取充电服务费并向当地主管政府部门备案,补贴申领。
Find existing and will have new energy vehicle units, allocate charging piles for them, evaluate, investigate, construct (find constructors) and pile group operation and maintenance, collect charging service fees and file them with the local competent government departments to subsidize claims
7、制定、组织实施大区内市场推广计划、方案,不断扩大公司在当地的知名度,增加当地其他品牌充电桩连接数量,增加APP使用用户。
Develop, organize and implement the marketing plan and scheme in the large area, expand the company's visibility locally, increase the number of other local brand charging piles, and increase the usage of the APP
8、保持维系与客户、政府职能部门良好的互动关系,全面了解商务政策、市场趋势、需求变化、价格水平等信息,分析竞争态势,适时提出调整产品的市场推广策略,迎合市场竞争的需要。

9、负责辖区内产品投诉、业务渠道投诉的协调工作。

10、负责辖区内与其他区域及公司各部门之间的协调合作关系。

11、对辖区内人员组织面试、甑选、培训、监督、评价、并考核,提升各地销售人员的业务水平和行业知识与经验。
Organize the interview, selection, training, supervision, evaluation and assessment of the personnel in the district, and improve the business level and industry knowledge and experience of the sales personnel in various places
12、关注关键人才培养与挽留,建立本部门的人才梯队,拟订本部门核心职位的继任计划。

任职资格:
1、电气工程、机械制造、土木工程、通讯工程、软件工程、市场营销相关专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Civil Engineering, Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, Marketing
2、5年以上汽车主机厂或零部件厂、新能源、电力行业相关工作经验, 3年团队管理经验,有政府资源者优先。
At least 5 years working experience in automobile mainframe factory, new energy, power industry, 3 years team management experience, government resources is preferred
3、能独立开拓市场和维护客户。
Ability to develop the market independently and maintain customers.
4、熟悉公关活动流程,具有优秀的公关活动项目策划、执行与拓展能力。
Familiar with the process of public relations activities, with excellent project planning, implementation and expansion ability of public relations activities
5、有较强的市场感知能力,敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力。
