Principle Accountabilities

• Market Research & Performance tracking for Product/Customers
• ? Manage product research: design research plans, formulate research framework and monitor status, etc. with sales driven purpose.
• ? Conduct analysis on product performance tracking and customer profile etc.

• Product Marketing Promotion/Leads generation
• ? Stay close to operation/sales team and customers to truly understand their needs and assist to develop/refine product plans, position products and create sales tools to maximize impact and penetration
• ? Support new product go to market to ensure the success of product launch

• Support Function
• ? Involve in product development and re-engineering, track the progress and manage product update, rationalization and standardization national wide
• ? Support sales team to execute leads generation, such as leads generation seminars, online and offline promotion etc.
• ? Other duties assigned by Management

• Marketing Communication & Events
• ? Coordinate and lead customer communication related events, i.e. customer club, seminar, etc.
• ? Take lead in customer satisfaction survey and relationship maintenance
• ? Take lead in branding promotion activities

Requirements:

• ? University Graduate and above major in Marketing/Business Management/ Economics/Statistics
• ? 8-10 years solid marketing experience prefer in Product Marketing
• ? Online marketing in ecommerce platform experience is a plus
• ? Proficiency in IT and ecommerce technologies advantageous
• ? Quick learner for all products and good internal & external communication skill
• ? Excellent English skills in both written and spoken
• ? Excellent MS Office skill
• ? Strong Analytical, fact-finding & problem solving skills
• ? Good Marketing Sense and Presentation Skills
• ? Good team work spirit and result-oriented responsibility
