基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
- Food safety risk analysis
- Co-packer routine quality management including auditing, monitoring, issue finding and resolving
- New supplier development to support HMM project, new product project and purchsing strategy
- Approved supplier pool management
- Annually supplier audit
- Supplier performance analysis and management
- Supplier continuously improving
- Solve problems related to final product
- Be the Expert in specific platforms and ingredients supplier
- Supplier data maintenance

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
- Food engineering or relevant educational background
- Multinational or multiple food company working experiences, just like dairy plant.
- At least five years experience in technical, Quality and/or operations areas
- Certificated HACCP external auditor experience will be plus.
