职位描述

Responsibilities
- Contribute to business development strategy that aligns with Asia headquarter and Corporate Hydraulic team overall vision and long-term business objectives.
- Workout development of Hydraulic China Sales strategies, review and advice on policies-pricing, products mix, brand portfolio.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a strong team of managers and professionals to achieve established sales and business development goals.
- Implement the sales business development strategy to achieve the target.
- Review and monitor sales performance periodically, and refine sales strategies as required in discussion within the local business unit.
- Strengthen the current business development to achieve sales and profit target.
- Develop the sales strategy that aligns with the overall vision and its current and long-term objectives.
- Work with product department to launch the competency products to local sales.
- Identify and evaluate the findings of market research or analysis projects, assess the viability of alternative opportunities, and present recommendations to GM.
- Establish high-level, significant relationships with potential clients, customer, key decision-makers of distributors and industry leaders to promote the Hydraulic products.
- Be responsible for sales inventory and financial AR collection to achieve the Working Capital Turns goal.

Requirements
- Be familiar with the Hydraulic Tools industry.
- Rich experience in the key account sales and project sales.
- Be capable of the multi business and products management and development.
- Have rich experience in business development.
- Have good leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a big team;
- Good communication skill in Chinese and English.
- Be aggressive and result oriented.
- Strategic thinking.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead to develop channel trade support CRM system and business function infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CRM system with configuration capabilities.
Establish and optimize CRM process, include the process of develop the potential dealers, maintain current dealers, dealer needs management, dealer complain feedback and so on.
Establish and develop effective integrated channel communications strategy and method for mid-term and long term dealer relationship.
Establish the method to collect and analyze dealers' information to support the business decision.
Establish and develop a customer service team with (8-20 people in 3 years) .
Develop customer service team KPI and motivation plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Marketing, IT background as a plus.
At least 5 years experiences in CRM prefer the experience in CRM project establishment. Plus at least 3 years in people manager role.
Fluent in both oral and written English
Skillful use of windows, MS-office and CRM system.
Strategic thinking, data analysis ability and good inter-person skills.
Office based with limited business travel.
