PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
To support all sales divisions to develop and improve sales operations efficiency and sales/channel management process/policies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support General Manager to strategically allocate company commercial sales investment/resources
Partner with National Sales Managers to develop effective channel development and territory expansion strategies
Partner with KA/KI team leader and National Sales Managers to build infrastructure for solution based KA/KI capabilities as core competence
Lead to develop standardized sales tools, sales management process & KPIs e.g. sales productivity KPIs, channel development KPIs etc
Lead to develop cross division sales incentives policies to encourage cross sales function synergies
Guide Channel Manager to develop the channel built up plan, including channel development strategy, channel structure, channel policy, channel coverage, channel maintenance and so on.
Guide Channel Manager to develop channel dealers measured system, evaluate channel dealer' quantity, distribution, qualification, risk and development trends (for key dealer).
QUALIFICATIONS
MBA preferred
At least 5-8 years sales management experience in tools or industrial related companies in combination with MBA education background
Flunet in both oral and written English.
Skillful use of windows, MS-office and regular working tools.
Strategic, Strong Process Capabilities, Strong Data analysis ability and effective cross function communication skills.
Office based but involves frequent business travel.
