职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Gate meeting Performance
1) Ensure new product costing timely completion in different stages and improve stage gate performance.
2) Validate cost info collected from various facilities & markets.
3) Identify cost issues and proposing solutions.
2. Streamline the costing process
1) Partner with NPE&D Category Managers, Regional Sourcing Managers and Asia Pacific Regional Brand Marketing Managers to develop, implement and continuously streamline the costing process for new products.
2) Support the costing standardization process across the region by conducting horizontal cost comparison and analysis on cost structure and landing cost calculation
3. System integrity and upgrade
Partner other Regions and Global, as well as effectively coordinate with local MFG costing teams, to support the system upgrade and ensure the costing info integrity.
Requirements:
3 years working experience in cost accounting;
High level of costing knowledge;
High level of systems literacy: Excel/Access/Power point;
Possess a high level of analytical ability; prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner;
Demonstrate strong conflict solution skills, team building and communication skills;
Must acquire knowledge of functional operation(NPE&D, Sourcing, etc);
Excellent English skill and comfortable with working under a multi-cultural environment.
