岗位职责 Position responsibility：

1. Sales Acumen销售技能

· Understands basic retail KPIs, is regularly aware of the store’s daily and weekly KPI targets and actively collaborates with team members in reaching these targets.

· 充分了解店铺每日和每周的零售KPI指标。主动和其他团队成员配合，以支持店铺完成目标

· Focuses on the customers in his/her zone and effectively prioritizes their needs over operational tasks.

在自己的销售区域内关注顾客，有效完成自己的其他工作，但以服务顾客优先

· Regularly closes sales and maximizes opportunities and can demonstrate evidence of selling

throughout the day.

能够通过寻求销售机以完成交易，并能通过例证描述每日销售情况

2. Customer Service 客户服务

· Consistently asks appropriate questions to customers and actively listens to find out their needs and

desires.

在日常销售中，能持续保持询问顾客适当的问题，主动聆听顾客以找出他们的需求和兴趣点

· Interprets the verbal and non-verbal behavior and buying signals of customers and offers appropriate service.

通过顾客的言语和行为举止辨识出购买信号，提供相应的客户服务

· Consistently adapts his/her service approach with different types of customers.

能够一直持续保持运用不同的客户服务技巧服务于不同的客户

3. Brand and Product Knowledge品牌和产品知识

· Demonstrates positive attitude and interest towards denim (or fashion) and customer

对丹宁（或时尚）有强烈的兴趣，并展现给客户积极的态度

· Fully and accurately understand product knowledge, actively seeks for and uses Brand and product knowledge to sell

正确和充分理解产品信息，主动运用品牌和产品知识进行销售

· Is interested in learning about the brand and shows a passion for products in the store, and be willing to share this enthusiasm with customers to increase sales.

对了解品牌和店铺里的产品都很有兴趣，并愿意将这些兴趣和热情传达给客户以增长销售

4. Flawless execution of operations process & regulation 准确执行店铺运营流程和规定

· Understands the benefit of policies and procedures and adheres to them

了解政策和流程的必要性，严格遵循其要求

· Is detail-oriented in receiving, displaying, selling, counting, and replenishing product, in maintaining a clean and organized store environment

在收货，成列，销售, 盘点和补货时都认真仔细，并保持店铺整洁有序的环境

· Consistently completes operational tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

始终保持准时和准确的完成店铺工作任务

· Is aware of all safety and security standards and equipment, actively using them to keep a safe working environment, and keeps calm during emergency situations.

充分理解店铺工作的安全和财产保护要求，积极保护好店铺的财物，确保工作环境的安全。遇到紧急情况时保持冷静。

5. Teamwork 团队协作

· Understands the benefits of teamwork and is able to work as part of a team
