Description :
? Monitor all the centralized servers (Windows, Unix, AS400, MVS)
? Monitor all the centralized applications (ERP SAP,XPPS,BPCS,... , Financial application, PLM applications....) .
? Check the correct functioning of the servers and applications, correct and inform each dysfunction.
? Monitor and correct the dysfunction of all backup systems for all servers located in the different Data center
? Apply the procedure to resolve issues
? Resolve 1st level issues (peripheral, batch, %UC...)
? Update dashboard regarding alerts ...
? Ensure the communication with helpdesk, technical desk, supplier as ECS, IBM ...
? Manage incident and provide a good quality of service to the users according to the criticism of the applications.
? Ensure the continuity of service between the IT operations team : internal communication in the different pilot shift and also with the technical desk team



The ideal candidate will have/be:
? Bachelor degree, specialization in Information Technology
? Operational knowledge at least one specific support activity (UNIX, Virtual Machine, AS400, Microsoft Office)
? Knowledge of information technologies to ensure system/application support
? Ability to communicate, to take initiative and to react
? Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
? At least 3 years of experience in the appropriate domain
