? 在内外部客户以及消费者中开展全面的品牌培训、大师班、品鉴/晚宴活动

? 执行渠道营销活动的同时，绘制和建立客户/关键利益相关者的数据库，并与关键市场权威建立牢固的关系

? 与相关团队一起，将品牌策略落地为执行计划

? 不断重新审视市场现状，敏锐捕捉趋势并促进业务发展

? 根据品牌战略需求，与品牌经理一起组织产品发布和促销活动

? 成为品牌和帝亚吉欧的代言人

Responsibilities

?Conduct comprehensive brand passion / trainings, masterclasses, tastings, Samplings, dinners across Diageo Portfolio of internal and external customers and targeted consumers

? Create structured monthly meetings with quarterly reporting to key Sales and Marketing stakeholders

? Execution of Diageo Portfolio On-Premise and Retail activity- (for example-and not an exhaustive list - to include mapping and building a database of key stakeholders in the accounts and number trained, number of persuasion programs developed, steal of share from the competition, quantified incremental sales linked to activity, building advocacy

? Improving visibility, menu share, POS presence, creation of bespoke menu / cocktail lists

?Prospect and build strong relationships with Gurus / Influencers in key markets, while maintaining and nurturing current relationships

? Together with the relevant teams, turns Diageo Portfolio strategies and executional best practice into appropriate in-market actions

? Continually re-evaluates current Portfolio accounts and helps acquire new accounts based on market trends

? In conjunction with the brand manager identifies, develops and manages local marketing activities including locally based brand opportunities

? Deliver special events in a way which provides positive surprises for our consumers and customers across different Channels

? Organize and co-ordinates launch activity and promotions in line with brand

? Act as the face of the brand and Diageo - proud of what you do

Qualifications:

? Excellent speaking skills, strong communication skills

? Strong execution ability, quick learning ability and adaptability

? Possess teamwork spirit, organization and coordination ability, and independent thinking ability

? Have basic office software skills

? Professional positive personal image, on behalf of the company to actively spread the positive image of the brand

? Good professional habits, a high degree of professionalism and work responsibility, and self-management awareness

? Accept and adapt to frequent business trips and have a strong passion for the whisky industry
