职位描述
工作职责：
1. 制订销售团队的培训策略、目标及实施计划；
2. 整合销售培训资源，建设内部销售培训制度和体系；
3. 撰写培训报告，反馈、评估培训效果；
4. 负责公司销售人员产品、销售技巧、谈判能力、礼仪等方面的培训；
5. 协调并参与公司其他的各项培训工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历
2、5年以上培训经验，其中2年以上销售方面培训经验；
3、能进行产品、销售、激励、基础管理等方面的培训并能根据员工培训需求，开发及组织不同培训项目；
4、熟悉市场营销，有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力；
5、具有良好表达、协调及沟通能力，善于组织实施公司各类活动及安排；
6、工作积极主动，具有自我激励能力，学习能力强；
7、良好的英语听说读写能力；
8、熟悉消费电子行业者优先考虑。
