Job Purpose
To support HR functions in performance management, compensation and benefits, update and maintenance of employee records and provide assistance in all aspects of HR administration services and related activities.

Key Responsibilities
? Accurately and timely process monthly payroll.
? Assist in employee benefit and retention programs, including medical insurance, group salary review, commission and bonus, etc.
? Maintain proper HR records and update systems accordingly.
? Safe keeping, proper filing of HR documents and ensuring compliant with audit standard.
? Assist to manager HR outsourcing vendors.
? Provide HR support on expatriate's immigration and relocation issues.
? Handles routine employee inquiries and information.
? Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements
? Diploma holder in Human Resources or equivalent
? Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and in dynamic fast paced environment
? Good interpersonal skills and able to relate with all levels of people
? High energy, sense of urgency and results-oriented with global mindset
? Proficiency in Microsoft office application software
? Committed and strong team player
