In Y2012, Ralph Lauren will open new freestanding stores in the 1st-class CBD areas of Shanghai, Xi’an, Shenyang, Nanjing and Nanning. The freestanding stores will probably include watch, fine jewelry, menswear, women wear and children wear, with premiere product lines.

Key Responsibilities主要职责:

-Verify that all shipments arrive secure and complete, match goods received to description on documents and report any discrepancies to management. Distribute goods to appropriate apartment.

-Maintain the back stock area of the stores and ensure supply levels are adequate for packaging and boxes. Fold and straighten merchandise. Replenish stock on the selling floor as needed.
维护店铺仓库区域,且确保包装用品和礼品盒备货量充足。参与并协助店铺的衣物叠放。如需要,根据销售需要,调整店铺货品数量和品类。

-Responsible for opening and closing cash wrap registers, following Company guidelines and procedures.
根据公司相关流程和指引,负责每日开店和关店的开账和关帐的收银机器登记。

-Process all sales transactions and follow Company regulations when accepting forms of payment. Must be knowledgeable of return, markdown/discount, tax, security and packaging policies.

-Ensure that the cash wrap area and sales floor are always neat and tidy. Give any merchandise in the cash wrap area to a manager or take to the stockroom.

-Maintain appropriate stock levels of standard supplies and assist with various promotional mailing projects.

-Provide assistance on the floor at any given time to support other departments based on store needs.

-Responsible for the laundry, facilities management and ordering of supplies.

Requirements要求:

-Minimum 1-2 years of related customer service & cashier & stock experience, preferably within the luxury retail environment.
至少1-2 年的相关客户服务&收银&仓储经验,在高端零售行业从业者优先考虑

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
很强的沟通能力以及处理人际关系的能力

-Must be detail oriented, customer service oriented and highly organized.
