In Y2012, Ralph Lauren will open new freestanding stores in the 1st-class CBD areas of Shanghai, Xi’an, Shenyang, Nanjing and Nanning. The freestanding stores will probably include watch, fine jewelry, menswear, women wear and children wear, with premiere product lines.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
- Responsible for creating an “ultimate experience” for all visitors to Ralph Lauren luxury stores.
有责任为所有莅临Ralph Lauren精品店的顾客提供“卓越服务”。
- Greet all visitors; provide exceptional customer service while answering any questions about luxury stores, women’s department or guide to the appropriate department or sales professional, etc.
接待所有顾客;提供独一无二的客户服务,尤其是回答顾客的问题,关于Ralph Lauren精品店,女装部门或指引顾客去相关部门或相应销售顾问。
- Maintain a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty by exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements工作要求:
- Minimum 1-2 years of related customer service, preferably within the luxury retail environment.
至少1-2年相关客户服务经验,曾在奢侈品零售行业从业者优先
- Must have knowledge of surrounding area (hotels, dining, museums, etc.)
熟悉精通精品店周围环境(譬如酒店,餐饮,博物馆等)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be detail oriented, customer service oriented and highly organized.
