In this role, you have the opportunity to

  

· Use IE competence to use the machines, people, and energy to create a product or service effectively.

  

· Drive productivity and Lean. Using skills of IE, Product, Costing, Finance to support costs transparent and improvement.

  

  

Your responsibilities:

  

1. Develop most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials, information, and energy to make high quality products or services.

  

2. Design new production line/production model for NPI projects.

  

3. Support NPI Cost Price calculation.

  

4. Maintenance productivity report, help operation departments to increase productivity.

  

5. Assist in financial planning and cost analysis.

  

6. Supporting to control and improve operation costs.

  

7. Evaluate in-house / supplier capacity to support production planning and control systems.

  

8. Resolve production problems.

  

9. Factory layout and supply chain supporting.

  

  

You are a part of

  

A professional Industrial Costing team in Zhuhai.

  

  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial engineering is preferred

  

2. Experience: More than 3 years’ experience in IE or costing engineer

  

3. Competencies and skills:

  

I. Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing

  

II. Sufficient computer operating skill, familiar with Windows office software

  

III. Creative thinking, proactive and positive

  

IV. Good team player

  

V. Being self-motivated and dependable
