岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，医学、药学等相关专业。

2. 2年以上医药销售工作经验，了解医院或OTC药店的推广要求。

3. 有讲课经验或带训经验者优先。

4. 口齿清晰，普通话标准。

5. 具备良好的亲和力，以及良好的沟通协调能力。

6. 积极的工作态度，主动学习能力强。

7. 熟悉OFFICE软件应用。

8. 能适应经常出差。

* 该职位与前程无忧签订劳动合同，但享受与正式职工待遇。

岗位职责：

1. 负责销售人员培训体系的基础课程，并独立授课；

2. 协助培训经理完成新员工入职培训；

3. 协助培训经理制作培训手册；

4. 协助培训经理进行培训课程开发，确保培训计划符合培训需求；

5. 根据企业培训需求，在培训经理指导下，收集、评估相关课程、学习资料；

6. 开拓并维护合适的学习与培训渠道。

Established in 1906 in Vicenz, Italy, Zambon S.p.A is a multinational enterprise in pharmacy and chemical industry.
