Job Description：

?To be responsible for the overall facility service management of the International School Project, including security, cleaning, engineering facilities, greening, swimming pool, administration

?Ensure that facility services are provided in compliance with the SLA and the level of quality ?meets or exceeds designated KPI values.

?Maintaining good relations and effective communications with the customers and team members;

?To initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of operations, maintenance and ?facility team members and ensure that all activities are performed 

?To provide training, management and guidance to directly employed staff in accordance with ISS Human Resource guidelines. 

?Support Key Account Director on drafting proposals, and preparing for business reviews

?Compilation of periodical management reports for presentation to the client

Job Requirements

?More than 5 years’ experience in Facilities management, Property or project management skills would be advantageous. Relevant job required technical experience,

?Some exposure to various facilities processes and technologies.

?Exceptional planning, organizing and analytical skills.

?Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

?Strong people management skills, including engagement and reduction of turnover on site

?Dynamic approach and drive consequence to meet with perational requirements

?Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet.
